What is a 360 photo booth?

This innovative photo booth captures a 360 degree view using a rotating arm and camera, creating an interactive and immersive experience for the user. 

What is required to make a reservation?

Fill out the booking form on this website. We will contact you shortly thereafter.  A signed contract and a 50% deposit within five (5) days of signing the contract is due in order to guarantee a reservation date.

On the day of my event what should I expect?

1-2 attendants will arrive 1 hour prior to the requested time for set up. This is not part of your contracted hours. During the event, these attendants will be on hand to assist your guests as they participate in the 360 photo booth. Attendants operate the machine, transfer photos to guests preferred platform (email, text, social media), and ensure safety of the guests using the 360 photo booth. Once the contracted time is up, the attendants will tear down the booth, collect all items and make sure the area is as it was found.

Will there be an attendant on duty to help our guests?

1-2 attendants will be on duty to ensure your guests have the best experience!

Where should I set up my photo booth?

The 360 photo booth requires a minimum of a 7' x 7' area. A 9' x 9' area is preferable. 

How much power do I need?

110v, 20 amps, 3 prong standard electrical outlet is required. 

How can I make sure everyone is safe?

We provide safety stanchions, as well as, 1-2 attendants to help your guests step onto the 360 photo booth platform.

Is there a travel fee?

There is no charge for events within 50 miles of Robinson, IL based on distances provided through Google Maps. There is a charge of $1/mile for each mile over the 50 mile range.

What if I need to change my date?

Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty (30) days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit shall be forfeited and event cancelled.

Can I cancel and still receive a refund?

Any cancellation occurring less than thirty (30) days prior to the event shall forfeit all payments received. The provider MAY issue a full refund in the event of Provider's illness or any other event in which the Provider is unable to fulfill its portion of the contract. 

What if the weather does not cooperate?

Jolly 360 Mobile Photos reserves the right, in good faith, to cease the operation should the weather pose a potential danger to our personnel, the equipment, or guests. Since safety is paramount in all decisions Jolly 360 Mobile Photos' compensation will not be affected if operation is ended. 

We will consult a "weather app" the day prior to an event being held out of doors. If inclement weather is predicted, the client will be consulted about a change of venue and/or rescheduling the event. 

Can the experience be customized for my event?

Yes! We can create customized overlays and pair 360 photos/videos with a song that represents you and your event.

How long do I have access to the videos?

All uploaded videos from the event of the Client on www.jolly360mobilephtos.com may be deleted ninety (90) days after the event.
